►Introduction
Gyratory Screen is a new developed equipment particularly for urea .The main function is to provide accurate separation of materials without product deterioration, thereby resulting greater product yields at higher production rates. This machine consists of top cover, top screen fame, spacer, bottom screen fame, the base space and the screen box. The unique gyratory motion of the near horizontal screen surface and the available screen mesh cleaning system secure the gyratory vibrating screen quality as a high capacity product that efficiently developed for materials screening purposes.

► Application

As one of new type and high standard screening equipment, gyratory screen can be used to screen of raw materials and bean curd in large scale grease factory, and screen or classify large granular urea, powder materials or granulated feed in feed mill. Also, it can be used for preliminary cleaning of raw material in feed mill as well as classifying intermediate products after regrinding in middle-sized feed mill. What's more, gyratory screen can be widely used to screen and classify materials or finished products for grain, sodium bicarbonate, large granular urea, urea granules, ceramsite, zirconia, reduced iron powder, barite, spice, plastic, mining industry, rubber, wood industry, plywood, medicine, sugar, mining, papermaking, chemical, refractory materials, building materials, activated carbon, food, PVC powder and other fine materials etc..With the development of market circulation economy, it is increasing to be used in waste plastic industry to classify, and also can do size grading for materials with broken.

► Working principle

Gyratory screen adopts to Rotex technology,we also call it Rotex screen. which obviously improves the distribution of the material, thus it will enhance the screening efficiency and the effective utilization of the screen surface, also reduce the powder content of the final material .This design is totally enclosed without dust pollution,it not only improve the operation environment but also reduce the dynamic ratio and foundation load effectively.

The Advantage of using Wooden Screen Frame for Vibrating Screen

Vibrating screen wooden screen frame and plate have the advantages of sufficient strength, high opening hole rate and less blockage etc. When vibrating screen vibrates, the different shapes and sizes materials will pass through the screening plate under the action of vibration, material separation in order to achieve classification purpose.
Vibrating screen wooden screen frame and plate is commonly used for linear vibrating screen, it is convenient to replace screen mesh, you can also add bouncing balls which will increase the rate of passing through the screen mesh to prevent the blockage effectively, it is suitable for powder material screening. Wooden screen frame includes cypress screen frame, white pine screen frame and the Korean pine screen frame. The first one is an economic, the cost of the last two is 3 times higher than first one.

►Brief Introduction
NE type bucket elevator’s traction configuration is plate chain , which is used for vertically transporting powder , granular and block material , and also high grinding material , such as coal powder , slag , limestone , cement raw material , cement clinker , cement , coal , dry clay etc , material temperature is less than 250℃. Max. Lifting height can be 40m .It is special for cement,so we also call it cement bucket elevator.

►Working Principle
    Hopper scoops up materials from the stone bucket below, then is lifted to the top with the conveyor belt or chain, and next it is downward rolled over bypass the wheel on the top and the materials are dumped into the accept slot now by bucket chain or hoist conveyor, and the whole process is over. The driving band of bucket elevator with driver is commonly made of rubber, and it is installed below or above the drive roller and the divert roller. The chain-drive bucket elevator is generally equipped with two parallel transmission chain, on which above or below is a drive sprocket and a divert sprocket. Continuous Chain or Belt Bucket Elevator for Cement are generally equipped with chassis to prevent the dust flying into the bucket elevator.

GTS drum screen structure: the main structure of drum screen is the sieving drum, which is inclined, the external drum is sealed by a sealing cover to prevent environmental pollution.

 Brief Introduction
    GX tubular screw conveyor is bulk material handling equipment, which usually consists of a tube containing either a spiral blade coiled around a shaft (sometimes called an auger), driven at one end and held at the other. The main parts include tube, shaft with spiral blades, inlet and outlet chutes, as well as driving device.
    The closed pipe-type screw conveyor is a pipe with a shaft inside with welded screw blades and passive bearing. The screw’s blades have different pitch which depends on the type of the transported raw material and the planned capacity. This type of conveyor is closed, which means that the screw cannot be accessed directly. Due to the closed structure, the transported raw material does not spill outside the machine during transport. 
    The machine can be equipped with a pull screw. In this version, the drive unit is located in the direction of the raw material feeding. Some screw conveyors are equipped with push screws with gear motor installed on the feeding side. The screw conveyor is fitted with an initial or end bearing. Depending on the type of transported raw material, slide or bearing rests are installed. 
    Horizontal screw conveyor has the advantages of sealed operation, simple structure. screw conveyor suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small bulk materials horizontally or aslope, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, food, etc. screw conveyor is an new transportation equipment

 Working principle
    The screw conveyor consists of power device, gear box, coupling, screw axis and hanging bearing. The screw axis is made of several sections which connected with spline. Hence, the conveyor hold large load capacity and convenient to dismounting. It is open a besel on the casing to ensure a safe operation. 
The material moves along the spiral within the tube. The unique action of the flexible spiral conveyor eliminates the risk of the product separation that can take place in conventional pneumatic conveying systems where mixed materials have components of different densities and particle size.
 Features:

3.Working temperature is -20~50℃, with material temperature below 200 ℃.

► Advantage :
    1.It can be sealed to prevent the escape of dust or fumes from inside the conveyor; or prevent dust contamination from outside the conveyor.
    2.It can be used to control the flow of material in processing operations which depend upon accurate batching
    3.It can be utilized in the horizontal, vertical or any inclined position depending upon the characteristics of the product being conveyed.
    4.It can be used as a mixer or agitator to blend dry or fluid ingredients, provide crystallization or coagulant action, or maintain solutions in suspension.
    5.Screw conveyors can have multiple conveyor outlets, making discharge to multiple outlets cost effective.
    6.It can be jacketed to serve as a drier or cooler by running hot or cold water through the jacket.
    7.It can be made out of a variety of materials to resist corrosion, abrasion or heat, depending upon the product being conveyed.
    8.It can be outfitted with multiple inlet and discharge points.

► Maintenance :
    1.General Inspection
Routine periodic inspection of the entire conveyor must be established to ensure continuous maximum operating performance. Keep the area around the conveyor and its drive clean and free of obstacles to provide easy access and avoid functional interference of components.
     2.Power Lock Out
Lock out power to the motor before attempting any maintenance. Use a padlock and tag on the drive's controls. Do not remove padlock or tag, nor operate conveyor, until all covers and guards are securely in place.
     3.Removing Screw Sections
Screw sections are typically removed starting with the end opposite the drive when necessary. Remove trough end, screw sections, coupling shafts, and hangers until damaged or worn section is removed. Reassemble conveyor in reverse order.
     4.Coupling Bolts
Periodically remove and inspect one of the drive shaft coupling bolts for damage or wear. Also inspect the coupling bolt hole. The drive shaft coupling bolts transmit more power than successive coupling bolts and will typically indicate the greatest wear. An accurate torque wrench should always be used when tightening coupling bolts. Excessive torque will stretch the bolt and significantly compromise its strength.
     5.Lubrication
Lubricate end bearings, hanger bearings and drive components at the frequency and quantity specified by the individual component's manufacturer. Most types of hanger bearings require lubrication and wear is reduced significantly with a frequent lubrication schedule. Frequency of schedule depends on temperature, type of bearings, type of lubrication, product conveyed, trough load, screw weight, etc.)

     6.Screw Bushings/Internal Collars
The bushing at each end of a screw will wear over time. When possible, check for excessive shaft movement that indicates bushings need to be replaced. Longer and heavier screws typically have greater bushing wear.

  ► Selection condition :
Primary considerations for the selection of a screw conveyor are as follow:
1.Type and condition of the materials to be handled, including maximum particle size, and, if available, the specific bulk density of the material to be conveyed.
2.Quantity of transported material, expressed in pounds or tons per hour.
3.The distance for which the material is to be conveyed.
Below is the necessary information for the selection of a screw conveyor system, presented in a series of five steps. These steps are arranged in logical order, and are divided into separate sections for simplicity.
    The five steps are:
1.Establishing the characteristics of the material to be conveyed.
2.Locating conveyor capacity (conveyor size and speed) on capacity tables.
3.Selection of conveyor components.
4.Calculation of required horsepower.
5.Checking of components torque capacities (including selection of shaft types and sizes)
 

The Selection of Corrugated Sidewall Conveyor Belt

Corrugated sidewall belt is used for pulling and carrying purposes for corrugated sidewall conveyor. It consists of a baseband, corrugated sidewall and baffle. The corrugated sidewall connects with both sides of baseband while the baffle connects with both side of corrugated wall accordingly to a certain space.
1. Baseband 
The baseband appearance of corrugated sidewall belt is the same with ordinary belt ,but its lateral stiffness is greater than ordinary belt. Usually corrugated sidewall belt adopts special belt as its baseband, the tensile materials (core layer) can be divided into four kinds: cotton canvas, nylon canvas, polyester canvas and steel wire.
2. Corrugated sidewall
This series of products using S-type of corrugated sidewall.
3. Baffle
a) This series of product is recommended to use type T, type TS (B), type TC, type TCS (B) and type C baffles.
b) Type T and type TS (B) baffles are only suitable for conveyor angle β≤40 ° while type TC and type TCS (B) and type C of baffles are suitable for conveyors with any transmission angle.
c) Type C baffle is suitable for conveying viscous materials. On the other hand, if the conveying angle and material density are greater, then type TCS (b) baffle should be used.
d) The spacing between baffles is integral multiple of waveform of the corrugated sidewall. The spacing between baffles (TS) and height (H) are related to conveying angle β.

►Introduction
It is designed for transporting vertically for granular, powder and small block of grinding suction smaller disperses the shape material. It adopts belt as the traction component , can reach to max.40 meters . Capacity could be approx. 4~238m3/h .

Working Principle
The bucket is filled with material and is conveyed to the head terminal, and then the material is thrown from the outlet under the action of centrifugal force according to the parabolic design. The driving device drives pulley to operate the bucket belt in circular motion from bottom to up. After discharging, the empty bucket is back to the boot by conveying and be filled again, and then lifted up to do parabolic motion such repeated cycle. The material is lifted from bottom to the top to the specified height to reach conveying vertically.

►Application
    The vertical belt bucket elevator is widely used in mining , metallurgy , chemicals , power plant , agriculture and quarry etc industries for handling products such as cement, raw meal, alumina, coke, foundry sand, wood chips and other materials.
Maintenance
    A general belt bucket elevator inspection every six months, mainly on the hopper and belt tightening bolt joints check processing, tightening or replacing bolts. Each belt test once a year to confirm the age of the plastic surface of the belt and the belt strength. Adjust the level of the cylinder head and tail roller to correct the belt deviation. If the deviation is caused by drum plastic surface wear, re-roll the car hanging plastic and rubber surfaces. The rear bearing need to regularly check. Generally, after a long time usage, it will cause wear on slip ring seal. This can cause the bearing oil drip and caused bearing damage. Generally, a good slip ring seal can be used for many years.
    A.Check belt for tears, cuts and etc
Sudden signs of unusual damage call for immediate action.
    B.Check cups for loose or missing bolts
A loose dangling cup is the necessary lever to start a busted belt rip.
    C.Replace belt cups
Cups with a pronounced forward bend hold the belt in a vertical arc, which is a contradiction of forces. When the belt is bent in a horizontal arc around the pulleys, this will cause lengthwise cracks to appear at the bolt holes.
    D.Check belt tension
This is a possible source of drive slippage and excessive wear. Belts running loose in a leg are put to severe flex due to lack of full contact with the boot pulley. A loose belt may swing causing the cups to catch and tear the belt.
    E.Check alignment 
Belts not running true due to out-of-plumb pulleys, idlers or casing cause edge wear and pave the way for costly accidents.
    F.Check slippage on drive pulleys
Proper lagging of pulleys can increase efficiency and belt life appreciably.
    G.Check bucket elevators for uneven loading
This can cause the belt to crawl across the head pulley and cause edge wear or break the belt fabric.
    H.Check boot for water
A belt allowed to sit in water will rot and tear very easily.
    I.Check discharge throat
The throat to the down leg should be closed as much as possible with a piece of rubber belting adjusted close to the cups. This will prevent back legging.
