►Introduction
Gyratory Screen is a new developed equipment particularly for urea .The main function is to provide accurate separation of materials without product deterioration, thereby resulting greater product yields at higher production rates. This machine consists of top cover, top screen fame, spacer, bottom screen fame, the base space and the screen box. The unique gyratory motion of the near horizontal screen surface and the available screen mesh cleaning system secure the gyratory vibrating screen quality as a high capacity product that efficiently developed for materials screening purposes.

► Application

As one of new type and high standard screening equipment, gyratory screen can be used to screen of raw materials and bean curd in large scale grease factory, and screen or classify large granular urea, powder materials or granulated feed in feed mill. Also, it can be used for preliminary cleaning of raw material in feed mill as well as classifying intermediate products after regrinding in middle-sized feed mill. What's more, gyratory screen can be widely used to screen and classify materials or finished products for grain, sodium bicarbonate, large granular urea, urea granules, ceramsite, zirconia, reduced iron powder, barite, spice, plastic, mining industry, rubber, wood industry, plywood, medicine, sugar, mining, papermaking, chemical, refractory materials, building materials, activated carbon, food, PVC powder and other fine materials etc..With the development of market circulation economy, it is increasing to be used in waste plastic industry to classify, and also can do size grading for materials with broken.

► Working principle

Gyratory screen adopts to Rotex technology,we also call it Rotex screen. which obviously improves the distribution of the material, thus it will enhance the screening efficiency and the effective utilization of the screen surface, also reduce the powder content of the final material .This design is totally enclosed without dust pollution,it not only improve the operation environment but also reduce the dynamic ratio and foundation load effectively.

Gyratory Reciprocating Motion
The Gyratory Reciprocating Motion gradually diminishes along the length of the machine to an elliptical path and finally to a nearly straight line motion at the discharge end.
