► Introduction and working principle:
Rotary vibrating screen is designed as a high-precision screening machinery. Round vibrating sieve is composed of vertical motor,and eccentric weight installed at two ends.We can produce horizontal, vertical, inclined motions by adjusting the upper and lower eccentric weight.Diameter can be ranged from 400mm to 2000mm, with single or multiple screening decks.

► Working Principle:
XZ Rotary Vibrating Screen is a vertical-motor system, with eccentric hammers being installed on top and bottom of the machine, where the motor acts as the vibratory source. The direction of the eccentric hammers may change its rotational mode either in horizontal, vertical and inclined movement onto the sieving screener surface. The trajectories of the materials on the sieving machine can be change by adjusting the phase angle on both top and bottom parts.

    Food industry: sugar, salt, alkali, glucose powder, monosodium glutamate, soy milk, yeast, wheat starch, wheat flour, rice flour, skimmed milk powder, fruit juice, dehydrated vegetables, thick, pineapple juice, soy sauce, corn starch.

A lot customers only knows the micron term and don’t know the meaning of mesh when purchasing a rotary vibrating screen. In fact, the conversion of micron into mesh is simple. Let’s PK Machinery explain the specific conversion method. 
 
At first, let’s us briefly understand what is mesh definition. The mesh refers to the number of inches of screen holes per square. 50 holes per square inch refer to the 50 mesh. The bigger the number of mesh means the more holes per square inch. Besides, it also used to express the screen mesh particle size. The higher the number of mesh means the smaller the particle size. 
The powder particle size is known as particle size. The granularity means particles can pass through the screen mesh size with 1 inch (25.4 mm) the number of mesh width of the screen mesh representation is known as mesh. There is no unified standard size of powder technology in the world. Each enterprise has its granularity index definition and representation. Different country has different screen size. Hence, it is difficult to be standardized.
