How to Identify Counterfeit and Genuine Bearings of Vibration Motor

1. Packaging

Bucket Elevator Holdback Problems during Operation

While using bucket elevator, sometimes there is abnormal holdback operation phenomenon during operation, do you know the reason?
In fact, during the operation of bucket elevator, sometimes there will be operation stopping inevitably due to malfunction or heavy-loading, even the breakage of link chain or belt could occur, then cause reversal. The reverse operating can cause collision of the bucket and material that remain in the bottom, this could easily cause deformation of bucket and will not function well due to severe damage. Overloading situation is easy to occur if not pay attention to feeding capacity.
Under normal circumstances, the bucket of bucket elevator will lift the material from the bottom to the discharge port which is located on top of bucket elevator and then throw out. In order to ensure the production, when designing and manufacturing equipment, manufacturers just consider that the equipment will not reverse under the non-load condition, because bucket of lower part is two more than upper part, which will be much heavier than the upper. In order to prevent the breakage of belt or link chain or reversal occur in the bucket and link chain, especially when the bucket elevator is under the overload condition, the backstop should be installed at the external of bucket elevator in order to avoid the problem of overload.

The bucket elevator holdback consists of reverse rod, revolving shaft, retracting spring and dowel pin etc. In the process of normal operation of bucket elevator, the reverse rod will be upswing after hit by the sleeve, it will fall under the action of retracting spring force, then upswing after hit by another sleeve, not affecting the normal operation of equipment. If there is reversal of bucket elevator, the dowel pin will halt the reverse rod, so it will no longer swing down, and the sleeve will also be blocked by the reverse rod, hence the whole link chain could not reverse. If there is too much material spilled inside the body of machine and fall on the reverse rod, it will cause the failure of holdback.

If there is too much materials outside the bucket elevator, it will affect the rotation axis of screw. We may see there will be stacked with material in the pit of bucket elevator on the user’s site, which will seriously affect the operation of the relevant parts of holdback.

► Introduction and working principle:
Rotary vibrating screen is designed as a high-precision screening machinery. Round vibrating sieve is composed of vertical motor,and eccentric weight installed at two ends.We can produce horizontal, vertical, inclined motions by adjusting the upper and lower eccentric weight.Diameter can be ranged from 400mm to 2000mm, with single or multiple screening decks.

► Working Principle:
XZ Rotary Vibrating Screen is a vertical-motor system, with eccentric hammers being installed on top and bottom of the machine, where the motor acts as the vibratory source. The direction of the eccentric hammers may change its rotational mode either in horizontal, vertical and inclined movement onto the sieving screener surface. The trajectories of the materials on the sieving machine can be change by adjusting the phase angle on both top and bottom parts.

Working PrinciplesBelt conveyor is composed by two endpoint pulleys and a closed conveyor belt.  The pulley that drives conveyor belt rotating is called drive pulley or transmission drum; the other one–only used to change conveyor belt movement direction–is called bend pulley. Drive pulley is driven by the motor through reducer, and conveyor belt dragging relies on the friction drag between the drive pulley and the conveyor belt. The drive pulleys are generally installed at the discharge end in order to increase traction and be easy to drag. Material is fed on the feed-side and landed on the rotating conveyor belt, then rely on the conveyor belt friction to be delivered to discharge end.

►Application
Long distance belt conveyor can transport bulk materials or bagged goods, such as stone, sand, coal, concrete, cement, gravel, fertilizer, mineral ore, limestone, coke, sawdust, wood chip, bulk material, grain, corn flakes, carbon black, component/part, etc.

Components of Belt Conveyor
Main components of a belt conveyor are:
   1.Belt is used for moving and supporting surface on which the conveyed material rides. It is the tractive element. The type of belt used need to depend on the nature of materials to be transported. 
   2.Idlers are the supports for the carrying and return stands of the belt.
   3.Drive that imparts power to one or more pulleys to move the belt and its loads.
   4.Structure is the support and maintains the alignments of the idlers and pulleys. Besides, it also supports the driving machinery. 
Other components included: 
   5.Loading chute or feeder chute that organizes the flow of material and directs it on the belt conveyor.
   6.Take-up device which is used to maintain the proper tension of the belt for effective power transmission.
   7.Belt cleaner that keeps the belt free from materials sticking to the belt.
   Tramp removal device, which is optionally used in case the conveyed material bears the chance of having tramp iron mixed with it and subsequent handling of the material, demands its removal. 
   8.Continuous weighing device for constantly measuring the load being carried by the conveyor belt.
   9.Discharge chutes to guide the discharged projectile to subsequent conveyor or other receiving point.
   10.Surge hopper and feeder, which is essential for supplying material to the conveyor at uniform rate when the supply of material is intermittent.
 
   11.Tripper arrangement to discharge material at different point or to other device.

Maintenance Tips of Conveyor Belt

In the use and storage of conveyor belt, it should kept clean, avoid direct sunlight or exposed to rain and snow, prevent contact with acid, alkaline, oil, organic solvent and other substances, and also located at least one meter away from heating device. The temperature of the storage should maintained at between 18-40 ℃ , the relative humidity should maintained between 50-80℃.In the storage period, conveyor belt should be placed in rolls, but not folding; in the placement, it should turn-over once in every seasons. Different types and standards layers number of conveyor belt should not be connected together while used, the best connection is used the bonded process. Type, structure, standard, number of layers for conveyor belt should be used according to the reasonable choice.

Conveyor belt operating speed generally not more than 2.5 m/s. For large lump size, material with large abrasiveness and fixed unloading device should use low velocity. The relationship between driving pulleydiameter and coating layer of conveyor belt, supporting of driving and bend pulley and also requirement for trough angle of idler roller should according to the design specification of conveyor belt, reasonable selection. Direction of feeding should along the operating direction of the conveyor belt, use chute in order to minimize the impact of material fall on receiving belt, reduce material’s free fall distance. The feeding section of conveyor belt should shortened the spacing of idler and use absorber idler as discharge section. The belt should use striker plate with moderately soft, to avoid the rigid striker plate will scrape the belt surface of conveyor belt.
